At à la mum we want you to absolutely love the jewelry we’ve made for you. We aren’t happy unless you are. If for whatever reason you are not totally satisfied, we will accept returns within 30 days of the ship date. To be eligible for return, the item must be returned to us in it’s original condition and packaging along with your order number and the name on the order. We are unable to accept the return of used items.

Once we’ve received and approved your item for return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow an additional week for the refund to appear on your account as some credit cards may take longer to process the refund. If your refund still has not appeared on your statement after this amount of time, please contact hello@alamum.com or hello@alamum.co.nz. Refunds will only be made in the form of the original payment.
We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the ship date. Exchanges will be made only for items that are defective or damaged and can only be exchanged for the same product. If the specific product being exchanged is no longer available, we will allow for an exchange of a product of equal or lesser value.
We are unable to refund shipping costs on any order, so the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds granted. You will also be held responsible for the cost of shipping any items to us for return. When shipping items back to us, we recommend you choose a courier service that enables tracking to ensure your package was received. We are not liable for any lost items.
